History
- September 1, 1992: Established the Chiayi County Branch and office with Chiayi City Branch.
- January 1, 2000: Completed the branch operation with Chiayi City Branch.
- August 1, 2000: Moved to shared office with Finance and Local Tax Bureau, Chiayi County at No.5, E.Sec., Sianghe 2nd Rd., Taibao City, Chiayi County.
- January 1, 2013: Cooperated with the organizational reform of the Executive Yuan and was renamed the Taibao Branch.
- September 1, 2013: Renamed the Chiayi County Branch.
